Our refund policy:

Our Registration & Refunds Policy is as follows. This policy is subject to change at any time, without notice.

Once registration is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable. Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained. Registration fee once paid is non refundable & non transferable under any circumstances. There will be no full or partial refunds for any reasons, on any unused portions. Fee once paid will not be refunded even if the member doesn’t participate the event.

Please understand that the closer the event day more time and money is spent planning and purchasing supplies for the event. 

We reserve the right to postpone the event due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances outside of our control. If this happened all the participants will receive notification by email including more details.

If the event is postponed by government agencies in advance due to COVID-19, other similar health concerns or permitting issues, participants will be able to choose one of the following options:

  • If the event needs to be postponed due to the Pandemic situation, then participants can opt for participation at a postponed date at no additional costs.
  • Defer your entry to the following event years, either 2023 or 2024 at no additional costs.
  • Choose to participate in the Virtual Event at no additional costs.

We do not offer refunds if the event is postponed on the event day or event weekend due to weather, Acts of God, or other public emergency situations. We have always implemented this no refund policy. This policy is consistent with industry standards.

Please note any additional items you purchased such as T-shirts, BIB, etc. cannot be deferred or transferred; in most cases these are non-refundable. Details of how these items will be processed will be on the notification email sent to all participants.

At the sole discretion of the event organizer, you will be notified when your deferral has been processed.

For Failed Payment Transactions:

If the payment transaction is failed, user is not required to do anything. Money will be automatically credited back to account, to your credit card or original method of payment. Mostly within 3 to 7 working days. If you haven’t received, you will need to check your bank account or contact your bank.
