BIB Collection – Terms & Conditions

  1. Show your covid vaccination certificates or your RTPCR report
  2. Participants have to show the Email (OR) SMS which has their BIB number. Alternatively please show registration information SMS/email while collecting the BIB.
  3. Please ensure that you collect your BIB & T-shirt on the distribution dates. Distribution dates and venue will be announced in our website after 3rd May 2022. Bibs will NOT be posted to individual addresses nor be distributed on event day.
  4. Participants have to show the Email OR SMS which has BIB number & registration information while collecting the BIB.
  5. At the time of bib collection, participants are requested to carry original ID proof (ID Proof which has Photo and Date of Birth).
  6. In case you are unable to come in person, your representative needs to carry:
    1. A signed copy of authorization letter
    2. Self-attested Photocopy of government ID proof/ Govt. ID Proof (Ex: Voter ID card, Passport, PAN card OR Aadhar Card)
    3. Proof of Registration/ Bib number.
  8. No T-shirt exchange will be allowed.
  9. Participant will not be allowed on the cyclothon event without BIB.
